Phase-Tiered Equity Earn-In
UrShake offers Popeye's 15% equity for Phase 1, 25% for Phase 2, and 35% at full Phase 3 commitment.
Risk-Sharing Built In
If Phase 1 doesn't hit KPIs, Phase 2 doesn't launch — all recurring costs pause. Popeye's always retains the off-ramp.

Additional Operational Costs
Beyond the machine cost, there are recurring operational expenses to be discussed: fixed rent payments to select gym locations, software platform development & maintenance, and per-location marketing (1–2x annually). Full breakdown included in the detailed proposal.
